Please read section 7 in particular. The summaries and importance scores you receive are written by a machine from third-party posts, and they can be wrong. Understanding what this service does and does not promise matters more here than in most products.

1. Who we are

OSINT Digest (the “Service”) is operated by Unkra Inc. (“Unkra”, “we”, “us”), a corporation incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada, with its registered office at:

You” means the person using the Service. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Unkra about the Service.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” means both you and that organization.

3. What the service does

We maintain a set of topics — areas of coverage such as world events or politics — and, for each one, a list of public accounts on X that we watch. You choose which topics to subscribe to. For each topic you can set:

Roughly every fifteen minutes we retrieve new posts from the watched accounts. An AI agent assigned to each topic reads the new posts alongside recently scored ones, rates each on a 0–10 scale for how much genuinely new information it carries, and writes its own one-sentence summary. We then email you the items that clear your threshold, at your cadence, outside your quiet hours. Items scored 10 are treated as breaking and may be sent immediately, outside your normal cadence.

Which topics exist, and which accounts feed them, are decided by us. We may add, change, or remove topics and sources at any time.

4. Free beta, and what that means

The Service is currently offered free of charge and as a beta. That is not a formality — it describes the level of commitment you should expect:

We may introduce paid plans in future. If we do, we will give you advance notice, and the Service will not begin charging you for anything without your express agreement.

5. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless. You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with a passkey on a device you control. We never create, store, or ask you for a password.

Because access to your email inbox means access to your account, keeping that inbox and your devices secure is your responsibility. Tell us at privacy@osintdigest.com promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

One account per email address. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches this section, without notice where the conduct is ongoing or harmful.

7. Third-party content and AI summaries

This is the most important section of this agreement. Please read it.

The underlying material is written by third parties and published by them on X. We do not write it, commission it, verify it, fact-check it, corroborate it, or endorse it. We do not confirm that any account is who it claims to be. Posts may be inaccurate, deliberately false, satirical, out of date, or later deleted or corrected by their author — and a correction on X will not reach you through us.

What we add on top is also automated. An AI language model produces every summary and every score with no human reviewing them before they are sent to you. Language models make confident, fluent, plausible mistakes; that is a known property of the technology, not an occasional defect we expect to eliminate.

We also make no promise of coverage. We watch a limited set of accounts chosen by us. Events outside that set will not be detected. Polling can fail, upstream data can be incomplete, and email can go undelivered. The absence of an alert is not evidence that nothing happened.

Treat what we send as a prompt to go and look, not as a finding. Every item links to the original post. Read the source.

8. Sources, attribution, and X

Items we send identify the account that posted them and link to the original post on x.com. Following that link takes you to a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

Our emails do not reproduce the text of posts. Each item carries a summary written by our own agent, the author's handle, and a link. We retain the original post text on our servers only as working context for scoring and for our internal review feed, and we delete it after 30 days.

Unkra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of X Corp., or any account we monitor, or any provider we use to retrieve posts. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Intellectual property

As between you and us, Unkra owns the Service: the website, the software, the topic definitions and agent prompts, the scoring output, the summaries our agents write, and the selection and arrangement of what appears in a digest.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and to read the digests we send you, for your own personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these terms. No other rights are granted.

Content authored by third parties remains theirs. Nothing here transfers any right in it to you or to us.

If you believe material accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, write to legal@osintdigest.com with:

We handle notices in accordance with the notice-and-notice regime in sections 41.25–41.27 of the Canadian Copyright Act. Rights holders outside Canada may use the same address. Because the underlying posts are hosted by X and not by us, complaints about a post itself will usually need to go to X as well.

11. Emails and your consent

When you subscribe to a topic you are asking us to send you email about it, and you are giving your express consent to receive those messages. You can withdraw that consent at any time:

Unsubscribing takes effect immediately for future sends. A message already queued may still arrive.

Separately from digests, we may send you service messages — sign-in codes, security notices, changes to these terms, or notice that the Service is being discontinued. These are not marketing, and they continue for as long as you have an account. If you do not want them, delete your account.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who processes it, and what rights you have over it. It forms part of this agreement.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account yourself from your account settings; doing so removes your identity record, your subscriptions, and your settings, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will give you notice.

Sections 7, 9, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19 survive termination.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that any defect will be corrected, or that the content, summaries, or scores it produces will be accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unkra and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such damages were possible.

Without limiting the above, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on a summary, an importance score, the timing of a message, or the absence of a message.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, and (b) CAD $100. Since the Service is currently free, that will normally be CAD $100.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited at law — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under non-waivable consumer protection legislation.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Unkra against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of someone else's rights. This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own breach, negligence, or wrongdoing. We will notify you of any claim we seek indemnity for and let you participate in its defence.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give you reasonable advance notice by email or in the app before it takes effect.

Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account.

18. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or the Service, and you and we both submit to those courts. There is no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in this agreement.

If you live somewhere whose law entitles you to bring proceedings in your local courts, or to the protection of your local consumer law, this section does not take that away.

19. General

Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Unkra about the Service, and replace any earlier understanding.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed or read down to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest stays in force.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, on notice to you.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of upstream providers, networks, or infrastructure we do not operate.

Notices. We give you notice by email to your account address or by posting in the app. You give us notice at legal@osintdigest.com or at the postal address in section 1.

Language. These terms are drawn up in English, and the English version governs. Les parties conviennent que le présent contrat soit rédigé en anglais.
